Lisa N. Johnson was murdered but it was ruled a suicide

Lisa Johnson was reported missing Thursday, February 27, 2020 after she went to the Muckleshoot Bingo and Casino first in Auburn, Washington in King County on Tuesday night, February 25, 2020. The Detective would not give us the time she arrived or departure time from this casino. Why? The missing person report was made by me, Lisa’s father, Larry Johnson.  It was also found that she had gone to second casino Emerald Queen in Fife, Washington in Pierce County. On Saturday morning, February 29th, she was found dead under a bridge at 1927 32ND Ave W and Howe St West in Seattle, Washington in King County. Her car was found March 8, 2020 3.5 miles from where her body was found. Car and body found 50 miles from Lisa residence and the car had broken rear passenger window with body damage to passenger front fender. The Medical examiner did not do a complete report. They have reports for suicide and murder and the only different is hair and nail clipping were not done. The death certificate describes her cause of death was due to multiple blunt force injuries.  The death certificate also describes her injury occurred from her jumping from a height with the place of the injury under the bridge with the manner of death being suicide. There are still missing items Lisa had with her that day that were never found. Lisa was a 46-year-old Black female, who lived with her identical twin sister in Puyallup, Washington in Pierce County. Lisa and her twin sister were extremely close and seldom were they apart. Lisa had a very close relationship with us, and she visited us in Graham, Washington which was nearby. Frequently Lisa and her sister called our relatives who lived in Texas.  She lived a simple life where she worked as a sales associate at Costco Warehouse. Lisa never had a criminal record. She was a joyful spirit and a fun person to be around. She was recognized for her great customer service skills and great work ethics. She was a wonderful daughter, sister, aunt and friend to many.  She was full of life and love and a joy to talk to. She gave out hugs like candy kisses.  Her greatest weakness, that I can summarize, is that she trusted society so much that she went to a casino alone to have a good time and lost her life. We need her case reopen test the additional specimens from the second autopsy and change her manner of death to murder. We also need to find the people who killed my daughter. Her life matters. #BlackLivesMatter

Free the Wrongfully Convicted Man, John Ortiz-Kehoe

Hello, my name is Emerald and I need your help. I implore you to sign this petition in support of my fiancé John Kehoe, who is currently serving a life sentence for a crime he did not commit. Think of a time when you were accused of something you didn't do. I know, I'm sure you've heard that "I'm innocent" spiel a million times, but this time it's true. John made a series of bad decisions, but never did he commit murder. Not only did the state of Michigan know he wasn't the true killer; they went out of their way to frame him for the actual murder by hiding evidence that would have proven he was innocent. Like most things in the wonderfully flawed American justice system, it was just easier to blame the Latino. Now imagine being punished for the rest of your life because of that lie. John Ortiz-Kehoe has been imprisoned since 1996, for a crime he didn't commit. I don't say this because I have a personal connection to John, I'm telling you this because I have personally seen the evidence to prove it. Like most of you, it was easy for me to believe the story I was told about John. I mean, why would prosecutors and detectives lie? And who would make up such a horrific story? I watched the forensic shows and I read the newspaper articles but the more I thought about the case, the more I started to think that their story just didn't add up. I wanted to know more. So, I used the freedom of information act to obtain the actual trial transcripts and police reports. What I read was shocking. Nothing I had been told about the case was true. I have also learned that there are other withheld documents that can prove John was nothing more than an accessory after the fact in Rose Larner's murder and that Bill Brown was the one who actually killed her. Then I met John; got to know John; talked to people who've known John his entire life. The people I've met, who know John and who know everyone involved in the case; they've all told me the same thing: John shouldn't be in prison. And after learning the true facts of the case, I couldn't let him stay in prison. That's why I'm here asking for your help. I want to prove that John is innocent. I want you to see what I've seen; hear what I've heard. I want to show the world that the story they've been told about John Ortiz-Kehoe, is incomplete and incorrect. Remember when I asked you to think of a time when you were accused of something that you didn't do? Since 1996 John has been living that nightmare. And I'm not implying we do not care for the victim and her family, because we do. All we are asking for is a shot a justice. For us and the victim's family. Let's fix this for everyone involved. Please show some compassion and sign our petition. You won't regret it. John is a good man who has been productive during his time behind bars. Help us give him a shot at the freedom he deserves. Help free an innocent and wrongfully convicted man who has been unjustly imprisoned. John deserves justice too. So please help bring John home. Thank you for your time.
